Suse 9.3 Pro and ATI drivers

Ok I was being helped installing ATI drivers for Suse. I got it to install properly.
It said to run fglrxconfig after the installation. So I did. I didn't half recongize anything that it was asking to do. So being the smart guy that I am

I quickly just went through it. Now I know I just screwed something up. Cause now I run Suse 9.3 and nothing comes up but the kernal. So I tried startx.
Nothing happened no GUI.

I am stuck on what to do, it was late at night whenever I was messing around with it so I didn't try to run fglrxconfig again.

Would this work?

Anyways my video card is X850 and Distro is Suse9.3 pro.

I would like if someone can to send email to mastercheem@gmail.com

Cause I will more likely be able to check out the answer there, but if not just post it here.

Maybe I should go in more depth. I have Suse 9.3 Professional. Video Card ATI X850 Pro.
I try to load it now because I screwed it up installing the new ATI drivers on it.
Whenever I boot up to Suse it has no GUI. So I tried to use Startx. Nothing happens. What Can I do to use my ATI video card and get my linux back and working?

I am new to linux to but it sounds to me that your default run level is set to run level 3. If Suse is set to init 3 then that would explain why X dosen't start. After logging in type init 5, this will switch you to the runlevel that allows network and a GUI enviroment. After you reach init 5 type startx and see what happens.
