SUSE 9.3 mouse problem
 

Hi, I'm new to Linux, and i am installing SUSE 9.3 pro. I choose my mouse during the setup installation, but when i log in after it is complete my mouse is not active. It is a Logitech Optical USB mouse. I have to go into yast everytime and go to hardware-mouse model, and then magically it starts working. But then when i log out i lose it again. I also have no mouse when i am at the login screen before KDE starts. Please help!

I'm new to Suse. i just installed 9.3 pro i did not have any problem with my mouse. Now Suse as this whole Yast configuration thing.
It seems from here that it is a Xorg configuration issue.
If u would post ur xorg.conf then we would know right away if its from there.for that jut open kwrite and select the file,it is in "/etc/X11/"
Filename xorg.conf.
remeber linux is case sensitive.
Like i said im new to suse and im learning their configuration tool but this way works as well. (at least it should.)
