SUSE 10.0 Wireless Help
Ok I just installed SUSE 10.0 on my IBM ThinkPad X31. Everything went fine. Now it shows that the wireless network card (Intel PRO/Wireless 2100 3B Mini PCI adapter) is configured. KWiFiManager is also up and running and shows good signal strength with a connection to a local network. There's also a little plug icon in the system tray that shows that it is connected. Also, the wireless signal LED on the laptop is lit up. So it seems like all systems are go, but when I try to connect (either Konquerer or FireFox) it says can't find the website as if there's no connection at all. I went all over the house including outside, but its the same deal everywhere. Now I took my bro's laptop which is using XP and is connected to the same local network, and it works fine. Anyone know what's up?
