SUMO installation for TraNS on Fedora 12
 

Dear Sir

I am trying to install SUMO and TraNS for vanet. I successfully install all the packages(gdal, proj xerces, ..)required for SUMO but no getting Display for traffic and routes when I run sumo-guisim on fedora 12 kindly help me how to resolve it and what package is missing .

Sumo runs without the route and traffic with black screen.

the very first thing you need to do is install fedora 13

fedora 12 hits END OF LIFE in just over 1 month ( 40 to 45 days)
after that there will NEVER be any more updates or support .

then install SUMO & TraNS on fedora 13 or fedora 14

Would that be sumo-0.8.3 ?

The command 'sumo-guisim' will open a "blank sumo".

May be there's a solution in one of the other sumo threads ?

I am downloading fedora 13 and will try on dt.
