"See systemctl status virtualbox-guest-utils.service for details."
Do you know how to run this command?

Open a terminal and issue:
Code:
sudo systemctl status virtualbox-guest-utils.service
if Kali whatevs has sudo installed, else, get $ root
and run it without sudo for "details".
