Struggling to setup iwatch

I am not sure what to do next ...

I downloaded the iwatch tgz file http://sourceforge.net/projects/iwatch/files/

I unzipped them and so have a directory called iwatch that contains several files, but I do not know how to install it, or even if I do not need to.

But the readme refers to an iwatch.pid file, that is not there, so I am not sure what to do.

Has anyoneinstalled and used iwatch that could help me get it working, as I want to monitor a directory and be alerted of changes.

If I recall iwatch makes heavy use of Linux::Inotify2 - download
and install that from cpan.org (unless your distro has a ready to
use package), and we tackle it from there.

Thanks, I have installed that from the WHM install perl modules menu, there was a ready to use package in there.
