It seems like your partition is physically damaged (ie. the hardware has errors); could this be possible?
Or your partition might have been corrupted due to unproper shutdown.
Have you installed another OS, or deleted/moved/created partitions?
Did you do some changes to disk partition layout recently? It appears that it is damaged.
If you didn't do any changes, maybe the disk drive itself is broken.
