rpm -i <filename>.src.rpm
That will place an rpm .spec file in /usr/src/redhat/SPECS, and a source-code tarball in /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES.
In a console, cd to /usr/src/redhat/SPECS, and run the command 'rpmbuild -bb <filename>.spec'. If the dependencies are satisfied, when the compile process is completed, you will have a binary installable rpm in /usr/src/redhat/RPMS. You would then install the rpm with 'rpm -i <filename>.rpm".
You can find more information by searching the RedHat website documentation and support.
