starting up vnc in mandrake
 
hello:

I just bult a machine with mandrake 10.1. I want it to start vnc service service on startup. which file should I modify to do that?

Hi,
Click on menu >> system >> configuration >> configure your computer. Enter your password for root. It will open up the main configuration screen (Mandrake Control Center). Click on the system icon then on the services icon. Scroll down until you find vnc server and click on the start at boot time option. Click OK and you are done. It should start up at next boot.
