ssh_config help

I am using fedora and ssh to my workplace. Being new to Linux and ssh for that matter I was shown how to ssh via the command line and do all my port forwarding. an example is below.

ssh -l jdoe -g -C -L 25:bubba.mycompany.com:25 -L 8000:ssh.mycompany.com:80 -L 110:bubba.mycompany.com:110 -L 119:news.mycompany.com:119 -L 389:ldap.mycompany.com:389 ssh.mycompany.com

I was told I could put this in my ssh_config file and would not have to type this out everytime. Could someone give me an example using the hosts in the above command line example?

Thanks in advance
