ssh - scp problem

I set up SSH between two laptops, can successfully login, browse, create files.
I've tried using scp to copy file from the remoteComp to currentComp I am using

scp remoteUser@192.168.2.5:/home/remUsr/dict /Users

am getting errors when I try copying to / or /Users or /Userbb or /any.
"permission denied"

when I try copying to /Users
"/Users/: Is a directory"

and when I try /Users/Username or /Users/anything
"No such file or directory"

scp /filepath user@192.168.1.1:/home/userhell/
this gives me "No such file or directory" no matter what the filepath

there's a home to much. The string remoteuser@192.168.2.5:
implies the /home/remoteuser directory.
