squid transparent with block sites

Hello everyone, I've configured a squid transparent proxy with an acl that blocks facebook website. But in order to block, i need to configure manually the proxy on client. What can i do to work both transparent and block the facebook website?

Tks

Configure your router to forward all outbound traffic on ports 80 and 443 to go to your proxy server and then only allow your proxy server to make outbound 80/443 connections.
