Squid server " proxy server connection refused "


Hi,
I have installed squid server in my system, it is working fine in lan network,but if i connect from outside network via firefox using this proxy i'm getting below error as below,

" proxy server connection refused "

Please help me on this squid config .

Since you can connect from LAN, but not from outside, most likely you need to edit your router config in order to open the port squid is listening (default 3128) from the router firewall and forward that port to your server running squid.
