squid proxy server virtual nic

Hello, I have a problem with my centOS running squid proxy. I have one NIC in this server and 3 virtual network interface card. When users in virtual nic wants to loggin to my active directory running windows 2003 server they cannot loggin via proxy as my gateway but if I loggin using active NIC ip address and change it to virtual NIC ip address they can access internet but not domain services.

In short when I ping FQDN using virtual NIC ip address it can see the host domain.
