Squid Proxy installation in scratch


good day! to all hir! specially to the administrator


pardon for my ignorance?? can i have an administrator own opinion or idea how to install squid proxy server on redhat 9 and guadians web
filtering and delay pool? i'm using DSL connectin static ip address given by the ISP and DNS how do i input this? please i'm planning to set-up a proxy server for my faculty for my workstation atleast not big enough but will do the good surfing on the net?

i want from step-by-step instruction and commands to input from the
terminal to install? can somebody? please
