Angry squid not working

hello to all
actually i am finding some problem with running squid server

changes i made in squid.conf
http_port 8080
cache_peer 192.9.150.1 parent 2222 0 no-query default
acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
acl mynet src 192.168.10.0/255.255.255.0
http_access allow mynet
visible_hostname cs16.pucsd.com

where 192.9.150.1 is our proxy server which is connected to external server
and i wanted to create one more subnet with starting ip 192.168.10.0/255.255.255.0
this system has got to lan card
eth0 192.9.150.16
eth1 192.168.10.254

when i am giving
# squid -N -d 1 -D
its gives error

audit(1127822342.041:0): avc: denied { getattr } for pid=4234 exe=/usr/sbin/squid path=/tmp dev=hda6 ino=2 scontext=root:system_r:squid_t tcontext=system_ubject_r:tmp_t tclass=dir

and some time it just gives process already running

somebody helllp me
thanks in advance

What distro are you running? It looks SElinux related. I know bugzilla had at least a couple SElinux/squid issues.

/etc/sysconfig/selinux should give you the details you need.
