Red face squid & fedora 9


please tell me how to configure squid proxy server on Fedora 9 and using squid how can i distibute internet to my clients.

Red Hat 8 and 9 are now obsolete operating systems that are no longer supported. Use something newer such as the latest release of Fedora or CentOS.
However, a good start would be

i think repo confused RH 9 with the ALSO UNSUPPORTED Fedora 9
Fedora 9 hit end of life about 5 months ago ( fedora 10 will hit end of life in 1 month)
unless YOU LIKE reinstalling the OS on a server every 6 months -- or 13 months if you skip a realise)
install CentOS 5.3 or RHEL 5.4 on a server , they have a 5 year life span.

don't use fedora on a server .
