hi ..
I need to used sqlplus , and give me this massage ..
ERROR
ORA-12162:TNS :net service name incorrectly specified

what can i do ??

What exactly is giving you this error message? Can you tell us what exactly you are doing in order to get this message?

This looks like an Oracle error. I would talk to your DBA, and look in Oracle's metalink DB for what the error pertains to.
