Question Spyware control for linux?


Do you guys know of any spyware control for linux? For that matter do you know of any spyware period for Linux?

Thanks!!! Very nice... I'll be using that and an app called tripwire. I'm still worried about cookies and the spyware that can be used in that manner....

hi

tripwire a good software but it is very high on resources

and with linux u can care the least about soyware
best is to use firewall

Yes, I agree with Masand, firewall's are of good use - especially for an always on connection - as ever, minimal installs, updates, strong passwords, disable un-necesary services, and a firewall - better focusing on these to start with.

hi

some good firewalls to start with are
guarddog,shorewall
also u can configure ur own scripts using iptables
