spreadsheet interface for File management - and Glory

Hi, I rate spreadsheet software to be greatest invention by Mankind after the lever! The ancient inventor of lever is supposed to have said give me lever and a place for it to rest I can move the Earth. I believe today anybody can say "Give me a good spreadsheet and parking space, I can move global paradigms"

I'd appreciate your looking at the idea of making file management a cake walk and professional by simply doing a MSDOS Dir (in windows) and piping it to a text file and loading that into a simple spreadsheet - and search find filter organize, tag whatever in that without the OS even know how to breathe down your neck. And it is good bye to its libraries - my documents my pictures and stuff. And it is truly my files, the way I want it. This available at

Zee File Management System with Calc

Another education and wow spreadsheet template bids good bye to electronic glue and huge PDF files.

And the million dollar (US) question - answer - I'll give Linux a bash. You guys could perhaps do it by the evening and you can send me a cheque as my share for services to Mankind. Happy 2013

And the reason would be what? Fire up any existing file manager...view details. You can already search, tag, and sort by whatever field you want. A spreadsheet is ok, but is going to be slow and klunky for this.

So someone else should do work, and pay YOU?? From what I can see, it's already DONE, and the Zee file manager is there for example. If you want to extend it, feel free...it's provided to you. Download it, and add to it.
