Iv recently installed Mandriva 2010 on my PC, and its great but I have a problem with audio - I dont get any.

I think I know what is causing the problem, but I just dont know the solution.

Mandriva is using the HDMI audio available from my graphics card (Radeon HD4870x2)

I dont know how to change it, I have Win 7 on another partition which is fine, but with mandriva i get no sound whatsoever.

In windows, it would simply be a case of right-clicking on the speaker icon and disabling the graphics card sound output in Playback devices. Is there something similiar I can do?

Configure Your Desktop -> Multimedia -> Select Audio Output -> Select "Internal Audio Analog Stereo". Click on Prefer to move it up above the HDMI Audio.
