Sound problem after kernel upgrade from 2.4+ 2.6+

Hi Guys,

After I upgraded kernel from 2.4.X a 2.6.X the sound didnt work.
I think that have to be cause ALSA sound drivers and my i810 and AC97 devices.

Any suggestion?

You may not have loaded the module for your sound. I believe the i810 sound moudule changed in 2.6.x. Try "modprobe i810_audio".

The command "lsmod" will tell you what modules are loaded.

If that doesn't work, write back in!
