sound files
 

I know that I should know this, but for the life of me I can't remember. When one visits a website that has a sound in the background, either midi or wav, where is it temporarily stored? or is it cashed in memory?

I would check /tmp/ (it is a good place to look for temp files.

(or check the source of the website to see if the file is listed, I'm not a midi or wav user myself so I cannot say where to look in the source.)
