Sound card fail after install multiple boot

I have a computer running Windows XP, Mandrake 10 and Fedora 3.
Before I install fedora 3 everything was fine Mandrake can detect sound card and all the other hardware. after installing fedora, mandrake cannot be boot (ferado is running properly and can detect the sound card) but i found out its a boot looder problem. i fix it by install back Mandrake and point LILO to fedora img in other partition. So mandrake can be boot and detect all hardwares. After all of this is done i went back to fedora and find out it cannot detect the sound card. I think its a kernel img problem? is it true? can any one help me on this?
