sound and video probs


Hi everybody,
i use arts under KDE. Now when i play two sounds simultaneously, i get error "/dev/dsp is busy". Same way when i try to play two videos i get error "video output device busy". i use linux media player for video. Is it normal with linux or some config problem. Please help. Thanx

Configuration, I think. Two programs should be able to access sound at the same time if you use a sound daemon like arts. You probably don't have one running.
