Some quick KDE questions....

I finally got around to installing Kubuntu today. I like it more than Slackware, and it installed with no problems.

Anyway, there are two settings that I can't find how to change via KDE:
  • The desktop resolution.
  • Making icons require two clicks to execute/open

Sorry if these have been covered a million times before, but a quick search of both this forum and of the KDE documentation didn't help me.
