The problem here is that your question is impossible to understand. What, exactly, is wrong? What error(s) are you getting? What are you trying to do?

Write clearly.

I want that this programs work. But this programs can't be executed. But one, Ubuntu App Centre, is appeared on one second and then dissappeared. I run those by clicking on icons. May be this is virus?

You could try to start the program in a terminal, and look for error messages

Which programs?

Why not? What happens when you try?

As suggested above, try running these programs from the command line. Then you will get all the error messages. Post those and we will be able to help you.

Probably not. Viruses in Linux are pretty much unheard of. I've never even heard of an antivirus program for Linux.

Yes, we get that you "want that this programs work". Yet you STILL don't say WHICH PROGRAM(S).

Ubuntu App Center is a package manager...read about it here:
http://www.ubuntugeek.com/ubuntu-app...te-manage.html

How did you install this??

Go to a terminal (Applications->Accessories->terminal) and type
Code:
/usr/bin/python /usr/bin/software-center
Then copy (ctrl+SHIFT+C) and paste (ctrl+v) the output here.
Edit: Wow, that was really thorough
