Below is part of my /var/logs/messages from my SLES server,can anybody help me, is my hard disks going or what? this happens almost every month.

Yes, one is either "going" or "gone", and its failed over to another one in the array. Get good backups of your server ASAP, (if you don't already have them).

Most of the disks that are having problems have been mounted on the Storage Area Network..

You might have mentioned that and more about your environment, in your first post. Those messages may be from your SAN administrators doing work on the frame. Check with them.
