ok i just downloaded skype and its a .deb and i managed to make it say
kriogenic@Kriogenic:~/Desktop/stuff$ sudo dpkg -i skype_1.2.0.11_i386.deb (Reading database ... 58007 files and directories currently installed.) Preparing to replace skype 1.2.0.18-1 (using skype_1.2.0.11_i386.deb) ... Unpacking replacement skype ... Setting up skype (1.2.0.11) ... kriogenic@Kriogenic:~/Desktop/stuff$ but nothing was settup, is there like a set directory it goes 2? |
