1) Fix your sig
2) Do you mean you've found a nice theme at kde-look.org and want to install it? They have instructions there...

if you go to: http://www.kdelook.org/

I think they have a hoto section on how to install themes but usually there is directions with each theme you download most install the same but there are some that install alittle different so you may need to read the install file that comes with the theme

What's Wrong with the sig ?

and I mean were to I put the Theme .tar to extract.........
should I try to just do a regular

SU
pass
Cd /home/josh

tar -xvf themedokdok.tar.gz

or do I have to

./compile
and make

also ?

1) The sig has a stupid huge load of space in it
2) Read the specific instructions in the README file within the .tar, as well as info in the theme's feedback page, and on KDE-Look and elsewhere online.

The themes typically have a shell script that handles installation. Once you untar the file check in the root of the directory it creates for a install.sh file or something similar..
