Single click in GNOME?

For the life of me, I can't find where to turn on single-click in GNOME 3.16 / Fedora 22.

Can anyone help?

TIA

open up nautilus (your file manager, open up your home directory and nautilus will open up)
Go to "edit" then to "preferences"
In the second tab (the behavior tab) you can choose single or double click

Still probably not everywhere but, Control Center -> File Management->Behavior tab and select "Single click to open items".

Although for SUSE, it may have some stuff you can try out.

I forget where GNOME put their menus. /facepalm Once I found the menu, it was an easy change.

I'm used to 3rd party apps sometimes not abiding the single-click, it works the same way in KDE.

Thanks

Sure.
  1. Launch file manager
  2. Click "Files" on top bar and then select Preferences
  3. On the Behavior tab, check "Single click to open items"

I can close a post? OK, I can do that.
