Simple question, setting up multiple game servers

Hello, I host a couple of Quake servers on my dedicated Linux server, and I was wondering if there is a way to setup quake games within Cpanel web hosting accounts so each user can have access to his own game server without having root access to my server? What I mean is, since I am the admin of my own dedicated server I installed the game in the /usr/local/games/quake3 directory like the instuctions told me, but is it possible to install a quake game in let's say /home/his_site/quake3/ So that the game is installed on his account? I would like to offer game server hosting that is why I ask. Thanks

I suppose it is possible to install it to the home directories, but I'm not seeing that that would do any good for CPU effeciency...

Can't you just add the quake files to a user group and add each of your users to that group? I've never played with multiplayer hosting myself but it sounds like that might work.
