I just installed mozilla 1.5 and running slackware i did "removepkg mozilla-1.4-etc."
how do i make the command "mozilla" in the "run commander" open mozilla 1.5?
what? link what to what? I'm newbie to linux... could you explain maybe..
I need to make the command "mozilla" open mozilla 1.5 witch is located at /usr/local/mozilla/mozilla
if i type "/usr/local/mozilla/mozilla" in the "run command" mozilla 1.5 opens
but if i type "mozilla" it says there is no such file, so how do i make it open 1.5 on the "mozilla" command?
Type
which mozilla
.... if the install went fine, and the creation of
your symlink didn't fail there must be a stale
symlink in the path somewhere, and must be
picked up before the new, correct one.
