Simple Nano Question PLEASE HELP!


I am a real newbie. Just learning to manipulate the shell. How do I write out or exit (execute any command) in Nano????

At the bottom of the screen, you will see:
Code:
^G Get Help  ^O WriteOut  ^R Read File ^Y Prev Page ^K Cut Text  ^C Cur Pos
^X Exit      ^J Justify   ^W Where Is  ^V Next Page ^U UnCut Txt ^T To Spell
So, to WriteOut, do CTRL+O. the ^ means to press CTRL with the matching key.
