SIMPLE conversion MP3 to WAV + free source

Hi there,
I'm looking for an open-source project, which deals with mp3 to wav conversion. It has to work on a small processor, so the program must be fast (command line) and license-free.

Example: lame --decode whatever.mp3 whatever.wav

Thanx, I didn't know that lame can decode, too.
