Simbolic link error and installing Alsa (Mandrake)

Hello!

I am installing ALSA 0.5.11. First I run "./configure". All seems to be fine. No error words, just tons of nice text.
Afterwards, I run "make install". Then I get:

ln -sf ../support/isapnp.h include/isapnp.h
ln: cannot create symbolic link `include/isapnp.h' to `../support/isapnp.h': Operation not permitted
make: *** [include/isapnp.h] Error 1

Could anyone tell me the problem?

I found the problem myself. A link between FAT partition and Linux partition is a no!no!
