Usenet question


What is Usenet and how can I join a usenet group ? what utility do I use in Linux to join a usenet group ?

usenet groups are usually offered for free by your isp...contact them and they'll tell you how to set it up. if you're using slack 10, you have a program called 'pan' which is a newsgroup reader. in a run command, just type pan, and it will open for you.
