Should I enable selinux?

Should I enable selinux? Would it slow down my computer? Would it make my computer more secure? Any suggestions?

I'm sure you can find most of your questions on their site at http://www.nsa.gov/selinux/ as this type of question would be more along the lines of your choosing to enable it or not.
