The first question would be how did you install it? If you used YUM, then it will create menu entries for you automatically. If you have installed manually, you have to adjust the paths of .desktop files that come with OO.org so that your menus are populated. Or you can create your own menu entries.

Can you indicate me a link to "how to" create my own entries in the menu ?
I install oo by selecting the files and with right click - install with software manager (or something like this, the first tab, anyway...)
I try to install with yumex or with software manager (remove-install software) but I was not quite able to do it. Is there a tutorial for how to install software with graphical interface ? I was able only to remove software (I remove the oo20 installation).
Thank you !

Look for a Menu Editor in your gnome menus. Somewhere in "System". I don't exactly remember.

I don't know if there's a way to install software directly using the right-click context menu. I have always installed, removed, updated software using command line yum. So I may not be best person to tell you anything about graphical package manager. I've heard of yumex but never seen or used it.
