Shared folder between Windows and Linux(vmware server)

This is what I want to do.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premiums OS on HP Dual Core Laptop(HP DV2839TX) and I have VmWare server installed on my PC

I want to make a folder on windows 7 and Vmware server(linux guest OS) so that both can read and write on that folder)

Interestingly I made shared folder in windows Xp but i am not able to make the same on Windows 7 :(

My guest operating system is CentOS 5.5.

How would I be able to perform this operation?

Also I want my 3G Mobile Interet to be installed on guest os which is CentOS any ideas?

Thank you very much

OK About ou shared folders.. I think that you are having problems with permissions...

If do you want to shared a folder can you install samba in the virtual machine and configure a shared folder...

Abotu you 3G I don't have any idea :-)

No need for vmware server, VirtualBox is pretty good.
Virtual box guest additions is the answer.
