Share folders

Hello
I want to share my folders on linux.I already got lisa configured, and i allowed people to have there home directories shared.
But how can i share my directories?
I've checked out the properties of my folder but there isn't a thing to share the folder.
Anyone got an idea how to share my directories?
btw, this has nothing to do with samba.

i have encountered that problem in samba i just run the
samba server maybe you need to run the nfs service first
before you mount it! 3
