Setup PPPoE on ubuntu or even fedora will do :-|
 

Hello,

I would like to know how to setup PPPoE on ubuntu or even fedora which requires only username and pass to login.

I would highly prefer a graphic interface.

as for pppoeconf.. it gives me error some modconf not found.

I currently have 10.04 installed and would like to update it after getting the internet working .

I won't be able to connect to internet in ubuntu so please don't tell me methods which will require me to access internet IN ubuntu. If some downloading from windows is required it's good.

Download and install rp-pppoe and install. You can install on both, Ubuntu and Fedora. You can download it from windows and install it on Linux.

Read this thread , and do what they say.
And if you still get error , paste error message as it is exactly here.
