Setting usr and grp quotas...

I have a group named temps that I created and added a few users to the group. I have enabled usrquota and grpquota in the /etc/fstab for that device(mounted on /home).

I used
Code:
quotacheck -ug /home
which created the aquota.usr and aquota.grp. Now I can use
Code:
setquota -g rhce 800000 1000000 750 1000 /home
to set soft and hard for both disk space and inodes. I can verify them with quota -g rhce. They saved. Now I want to add a grace period of 7days. So I have tried
Code:
setquota -g temps -T 7days 7days /home
but the changes do not stick. I run quota -g temps and there are still blanks under the grace fields. I have also tried
Code:
edquota -g temps -T
but the changes do not stick. I'm doing all this as root.
Any reason why the changes would not save? I have selinux on permissive and I do not get any errors after running each command.

Try re-doing, using the steps on these pages; looks like you might have missed one or two things.
