just edit the httpd.conf file with the parameters you need.

First of all, do you have Apache installed? If so, did you install it with the distro or did you install it separatly yourself?

its installed an running. because i can get that apatche temp page when i use the local ip addres in a web browser on my other computer.

cd /etc/apache/
edit your httpd.conf file, its very well documented, so just read and you'll be up in no time
