Setting up quotas
 
I need to setup quotas on a Fedora 16 system, user should have 4.5G soft limit and 5G hard limit. Quotas should be enabled on bootup for users and group. Any suggestions?

You also shouldn't be using Fedora 16, as it's obsolete now.
