setting up kernel
Hi all,
I need to make some changes to the kernel for it to support Arabic. When I go to /usr/src , there is no directory that says kernel. . The only directory under /usr/src is rpm. Can it be under a different directory. I cannot locate it. Or is it a problem in installation. I am running Linux Mandrake kde 3.2 Any help will be appreciated. Also if any one know how to support Arabic in konsole, please let know Ghita |
You most likely didn't installed the kernel-source packages during initial installation. Either get them from CD, Mandrake's site or www.kernel.org
