LinuxQuestions.org - Setting up IPSec on my computer

I have Redhat Release 3, which comes with IPSec, but I don't know how I would connect it with a Windows box, which is what I need to do.

I can get the two boxes to negotiate security... , but it is never accepted. I believe the Windows side is set up correctly, but I don't know how to make sure that the keys that I have for Linux will match the ones of windows securely.

as a guide, but I get stuck on the LInux side because I don't know what to do because I don't have to install OpenSwan. IPSec is already installed in this Redhat release. I have also looked at the Redhat security guide, but that only helps me if I'm connecting two Linux boxes.

I guess another question would be, if I use automatic authentication methods would Kerberos and Racoon be compatible? It didn't work, as I was trying all sorts of things.

One last question, I shouldn't download OpenSwan when I have IPSec software right? I mean I could, but in that case, I am not even sure which one to download. When I go to openswan.org/code, I click on the first one, I click on redhat, and then it gives me a choice between i386 and another option SPRM or something. I am running Redhat Enterprise Linux on what I believe is a Dell server, so that would mean i386, and then it gives me more directories, and I become more and more lost.
