Your question is ambiguous. Are you trying to access the internet? Or are you trying to connect to a Windows machine somehow across a network? Or, are you trying to share an internet connection between a Linux machine and a Windows machine?

Please tell us which it is, and which Linux OS you are using. Also, what sort of connection is it to the internet? ADSL, wireless, dial-up, etc..

Then we can see if we can help you out :)

I want to install internet in RHEL4 by ADSL and i want sharing the net in windows pc

You can first use adsl-setup command to setup the adsl internet and then use iptables for internet sharing. Search google. It should give you a lot of answers.
