pls i need help from who ever have idea on instaling icecast on window 7.

It's not very likely you will get advice on Windows in a Linux forum. You should find help on icecast.org.

Read the "Question Guidelines" and the forum rules. Text-speak is never good.

And if you want to know how to install a piece of software, the best place to start is by reading the instructions. There is a pre-built Windows version of Icecast on their website...did you bother to look there?
