Setting Up DNS Round Robin

I have an ircd running on my Red Hat 8.0 at home and I also have an ircd running on a remote computer. The ircd are linked to each other, but the only way to connect to the remote one is to manually put in the IP address.

I have searched and found no clear cut way to set up DNS Round Robin so it would connect to either ircd by using /server

I have it forward from my domain name control panel, but when asked, they said DNS Round Robin was not avalible.

Can anybody post a how to or a very detailed link on how to do this?
